I accidentally made a mistake by choosing the wrong payment method. In a panic, I wrote to Glossi and asked them to change the payment method. I wasn't expecting them to reply for at least a day or two, but was very pleasantly surprised when they replied within the hour of me submitting my email and provided me with a new payment link. They were very friendly and helpful about the issue and amazingly fast to respond!

In addition, the delivery was very fast! Only a day, which is great considering the delivery prices are only a little above $7.
My products were very neatly packaged and all sealed and in great condition.
