Australia Post will not leave registered mail at unattended premises. For registered articles, if you are unable to receive your order in person when it is delivered, a card will be left in your letterbox letting you know from which Australia Post Outlet it should be collected.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing an order - once your order has been placed we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made if requested. Glossi Pty Ltd will not be liable for any unreceived/missing/lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the shipping fee must be re-paid and the correct shipping address supplied.
If you are concerned that your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please enquire with your local Australia Post Outlet prior to contacting us. Delivery times are provided as a guide only by Australia Post, and only Express Post is guaranteed for next day delivery*.

Separate orders may be combined under certain circumstances. Where separate payments have been made via Paypal, each additional combined order is at a cost of $0.55AUD. For payment via any other method, no additional costs apply for separate payments (please note that multiple combined orders may increase the cost of shipping by weight, or may require registered shipping if the combined amounts exceed AUD$50.00 (Australian orders only).
Coupons & Other Promotional Offers
Coupons and other offers are subject to their terms and conditions of use, and limits may apply. Any offers for free gifts subject to a minimum spend must have the minimum spend reached (excludes shipping) to be eligible. Coupon/redemption codes must be used at the time of checkout.

Return to sender parcels
In the event that a parcel is returned to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout, orders that are 'returned to sender' will incur the $10 fee that is charged to us by Australia Post. This also applies where an order is not collected from the post office and the post office returns it to us as unclaimed. Note that if shipping to a business address, you must include the name of business in the shipping address and any suite number/floor number if applicable (omission of these details may constitute an incomplete address at the discretion of Australia Post).
The $10 return to sender charge and any applicable postage fees to re-send will need to be paid prior to the order being re-shipped. Payment of these fees will be accepted via bank deposit or cheque/money order only. In the event that an error was made by us, the order will be re-shipped as soon as possible at no cost to the buyer.
