All orders over 500 grams are determined by postcode.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Regular ParcelPost, Registered Mail, Express Post or Express Post Platinum. Shipping is determined by weight and location using the Australia Post shipping calculator.

All shipping costs will be provided at checkout and customers will have a choice of various shipping methods. All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.

Parcel Post Information:

From 18 May 2008, glossi.com.au will be offering regular parcel post to our customers on a trial basis in order to keep shipping costs to a minimum, however we strongly advise registered or express post as we are not liable for any loss or damage once the article is lodged with Australia Post. For orders over AUD$50.00 registered/express post is required. Once your order totals over $50.00AUD, the registered post fee will automatically be included in the cost of regular parcel post.

Choosing your shipping option:

Regular Parcel Post: Includes no insurance & no tracking. Delivery times vary between destinations within Australia.
Registered Parcel Post: Includes insurance & tracking. Signature on delivery is required. Registered post deliveries cannot be left at unattended addresses. Delivery times vary between destinations within Australia.
Express Parcel Post: Includes tracking. Express post deliveries can be left at unattended addresses. Delivery time is 1 working day within Australia (where the delivery postcode is in the Australia Post designated express post network). Delivery times vary between all other postcodes outside of the express post network within Australia.
Express Post Platinum: Includes tracking and insurance. Signature on delivery is required. Express Post Platinum deliveries cannot be left at unattended addresses. Delivery time is 1 working day within Australia (where the delivery postcode is in the Australia Post designated express post network). Delivery times vary between all other postcodes outside of the express post network within Australia.

Accepted forms of payment:

We accept Australia Post money orders, direct bank deposit into our CBA account or Paypal. Payments processed through paypal can be made using Mastercard, Visa or Bank Tranfer. For international buyers we accept Paypal only.

International Shipping :

We ship to worldwide destinations via Airmail or Registered Airmail. We can also ship international orders via Express Post priority international mail upon request. Shipping prices can be obtained through our cart system (see above for more information) or by contacting us. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged articles. Registered airmail includes insurance for up to $100AUD.

International customers please note: you are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be charged.

International shipping insurance is AUD$8.75 for up to AUD$100 coverage. If your order exceeds AUD$100 in value you must purchase insurance.

If you have not received your parcel within the recommended delivery time (listed on your final invoice) please check with your local post office or contact us. Signature articles (registered post) will not be left at unattended premises.

*Where a product has been opened, used and/or tested, and the product is not faulty a refund may not be granted. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind purchases, however we happily exchange within 7 days if a product is factory sealed and in its original condition. Buyers must provide the return shipping cost for exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Any products which are incorrectly shipped or found to be faulty are eligible for a full refund. If incorrect refund details are provided, any return bank fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Any product for refund/exchange must be received within 7 days of original delivery.
