All orders are shipped via Australia Post parcel post, eParcel, Registered Mail or Express Post with Signature. Shipping is determined by weight and location using the Australia Post shipping calculator or using the flat rate options.

To estimate shipping, simply add products to your cart and click the button ‘estimate shipping’ - be sure to enter your postcode and state at the top of the pop up window.

Shipping costs for the available shipping options will be provided at checkout and customers will have a choice of various shipping methods. All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.

Choosing your shipping option:

Parcel Post Signature on Delivery: Includes insurance & tracking. Signature on delivery is required. Deliveries cannot be left at unattended addresses. Delivery times vary between destinations within Australia.
Registered Post: Includes insurance & tracking. Signature on delivery is required. Deliveries cannot be left at unattended addresses. Delivery times vary between destinations within Australia.
Parcel Post: Standard ground shipping, no signature required. Deliveries can be left at unattended addresses (paypal orders excluded). Delivery times vary between destinations within Australia.
Express Post: Includes insurance & tracking. Signature on delivery is required. Deliveries cannot be left at unattended addresses. Delivery time is 1 working day within Australia (where the delivery postcode is in the Australia Post designated express post network). Delivery times vary between all other postcodes outside of the express post network within Australia.
Free Standard Shipping (for promotional items only/special offers): Free standard ground shipping (on promotional items as advertised). Delivery times vary between destinations within Australia.

How do free shipping items work when combined with other items?
Items that are marked "free shipping" will be shipped free via a standard delivery service - please note that when combining free shipping items with other products, delivery on those products is calculated at the normal rate. The free shipping products will not attribute to the weight total in your cart therefore they will not affect the delivery rate charged.

Accepted forms of payment:

We accept Australia Post money orders, direct bank deposit into our CBA account or Paypal. Personal cheques in AUD are also accepted and will be subject to clearance. Payments processed through Paypal can be made using Mastercard, Visa or Bank Tranfer. For international buyers we accept Paypal only.

International Shipping :

We ship to worldwide destinations via Airmail or Registered Airmail. We can also ship international orders via Express Post International courier upon request. Shipping prices can be obtained through our cart system (see above for more information) or by contacting us. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged articles. Registered airmail includes insurance for up to $100AUD. If your country does not appear on the destinations drop down menu, please email us and we can add it for you.

International customers please note: you are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be charged.

International shipping insurance is AUD$9.00 for up to AUD$100 coverage. If your order exceeds AUD$100 in value you must purchase insurance.

If you have not received your parcel within the recommended delivery time (listed on your final invoice) please check with your local post office or contact us for tracking information. Signature articles will not be left at unattended premises - if no one is home when your order is being delivered, it will be taken to your closest post office for safe collection.

Our products are guaranteed to be fresh and authentic, and are subject to regular quality control procedures. If you require further information about a particular product, simply email us with your query and we will attend to your enquiry as early as possible.

*Where a product has been opened, used and/or tested, and the product is not faulty a refund may not be granted. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind purchases, however we happily exchange within 7 days if a product is factory sealed and in its original condition. Buyers must provide the return shipping cost for exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Any products which are incorrectly shipped or found to be faulty are eligible for a full refund. If incorrect refund details are provided, any return bank fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Any product for refund/exchange must be received within 7 days of original delivery. Credit value for any returns for items that had free shipping will be minus the applicable shipping rate as calculated by Australia Post for voluntary exchange.
