For orders placed between 20th April 2010 & 6th May 2010 Glossi are offering free express post upgrades when you spend $7.50 or more on regular/registered shipping. Maintenance will be performed between 2:00pm and 5:00pm AEDT. During this time some delays may be experienced and customers may notice some changes in the website presentation. This will not affect checkout or shopping cart functions, and orders can still be placed as per normal.

Customers please note our offices will be closed on Friday 19th February. All processing orders on this date will be shipped the next working day, Monday 22nd February.

Monday 21st December 2009

Another possible postal strike (which is yet to be confirmed by Australia Post) has been announced for Tuesday December 22, 2009. Any new orders will still be shipped as per usual during this time, however an additional 1 day delay will most likely occur as a result if the postal workers strike again.

If you do require your order prior to Christmas, please select express post (see below notices for free express post upgrade offer) - if you are in the express post network, and your order is processing prior to 1pm on Tuesday the 23rd of December you should receive your delivery by close of business on Christmas Eve (within Australia only) providing Australia Post is fully operational on the 23rd & 24th of December.
