Unreceived ArticlesAustralia Post will not leave registered mail at unattended premises. For registered articles, if you are unable to receive your order in person when it is delivered, a card will be left in your letterbox letting you know from which Australia Post Outlet it should be collected.

Glossi Pty Ltd will not be liable for any unreceived/missing/lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the shipping fee must be re-paid and the correct shipping address supplied.

Combining Orders
Separate orders may be combined under certain circumstances. Where separate payments have been made via Paypal, each additional combined order is at a cost of $0.55AUD. For payment via any other method, no additional costs apply for separate payments (please note that multiple combined orders may increase the cost of shipping by weight, or may require registered shipping if the combined amounts exceed AUD$50.00 (Australian orders only).
Signature on Delivery
As of 16 November 2010 03:00pm, all orders are shipped via signature services only, and orders can generally not be left at unattended premises. If your shipping address is far away from your local postal outlet, or if it is difficult for you to collect from the post office in the event that someone is not home when the courier comes to deliver, please contact us - we'll be happy to advise alternative shipping methods if they are available. Please note that all orders which are paid for via Paypal and shipped within Australia must have a signature on delivery.
